Product Manufacturing
Our state of the art production unit is enabled to produce high volume products each year. We are continuously upgrading our systems to continuously working in up-skilling of machines and making processes more digital and less human dependent. We have some of the most advanced and technologically superior manufacturing machinery acquired from internationally reputed manufacturers around the world.
TEMPERING
In this process, the workers put instruments in the tempering machine which is filled with a particular material. Then scissors are tempered and it’s have ensured that every scissor gets equal heat (51-52) degree and treatment so a consistent quality would be achieved
GRINDING
In order to achieve desired outlook results in Scissors different kinds of grinding wheels & ribbons (150) is used by seasoned workers.
FILLING
Filling is the most important phase where the instruments get into exact shape. At this stage, the steel is not too hard so the filling process is used to shape instruments. No machines are used in this stage. All filing is done by hand and obliviously qualified human skills required to carry out the process. They match the shape and specs exactly with the approved samples provided at this stage so the instrument comes into their final shape.
QC INSPECTION
At this stage, all instruments are inspected 2 to 3 times by fitting screw to check the scissor is straight, also check the pores, damage & take roughly dimensions. At this stage only superior instruments are selected and instruments with little holes and manufacturing faults are again sorted out.
LASER MARKING
In this process all instruments are comes to get etching stamp. Our skilled workers put stamps on each instrument by putting each instrument on the stamp pad and burning process. To make the stamp reliable and even sustainable under high boiling temperature this stamp procedure is done by electric etching machines when instruments are sterilized.
PACKING AND DISPATCH
The packing of instruments to make a shipment is done here. The carton must be hardened, which can save the instruments until they reach the customer's door. Here instruments must be packed with a sense of sizes and types. All instrument boxes are properly labeled and stored in a proper storing environment. The label will show the item code and full description to make the customer feel easy to find there required instruments from a carton.
